Responsibilities

Strategically develop, manage, and execute field and channel marketing programs and campaigns

Provide strategic planning insight to Sales on appropriate marketing activities for different sales cycle stages

Create partner marketing strategy within the region and plan to revenue and pipeline goals

Serve as primary marketing liaison for the region's sales organization

Own the event program execution process including venue selection, speaker acquisition, budget reconciliation, etc.

Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of field & channel marketing programs

Communicate marketing efforts through sales team calls and Marketing QBRs

Leverage marketing automation tools for campaign awareness, demand generation, and communications

Required

Five years of experience in regional field marketing role, ideally supporting a direct, enterprise sales force in the technology industry; experience in related positions and in other industries will also be considered.

Knowledge and experience in building and executing marketing plans and communications programs.

Experience in managing the logistics and details associated with the execution of marketing programs and events.

Ability to be innovative with respect to program creation and problem resolution, and process-oriented with respect to marketing operations and execution workflows.

Ability to interface with all levels in a Sales organization including sales reps, tech consultants, regional managers, and senior leadership.

Knowledge of marketing processes, marketing automation and e-marketing systems; experience with lead scoring and nurturing methodologies is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, dynamic organization
