Responsibilities

Hunt new leads from prospect stage to deal closed within the Agribusiness sector by selling the value of sensors and data insights.
Manage sales process complexities, navigating organizations to identify and sell to champions and decision makers.
Increase order size and reduce time-to-close while maintaining strong expectation setting.
Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to deliver customized insights reports aiding decision-making and order size.
Stay current on sales processes including Pilot and Contract stages to effectively set customer expectations. Prioritize customer satisfaction and long-term account growth potential.
Utilize HubSpot CRM for record maintenance and effective customer communication.

Required

Strong executive presence; adept at presenting to and engaging executives at midsize-to-large agriculture corporations.
Navigate multi-level organizations to build champions and reach decision makers.
Excellent presentation skills, both in-person and remotely.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5+ years of sales experience, demonstrating ability to acquire new customers and close large deals.
Proficient in sales processes and CRM systems.
Knowledge of or willingness to learn agricultural feed supply chain.
Passionate about driving efficiencies, reducing agricultural waste, and improving animal health on commercial farms.
Valid US passport.
Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time.
