Responsibilities
Gathers detailed requirements from business users for whole business processes and/or functions on approved projects and enhancements to existing projects using organization specific business analysis techniques.
Performs design and development for whole business processes and/or functions on approved projects and on enhancements to existing projects.
Performs program configuration/modification and set-up activities using organization specific methodologies.
Identifies impacts to business resulting from newly configured or improved business functionality.
Implements integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business client.
Prepares System Requirement Documents, functional specifications, and test and user documentation.
Updates the Project Manager or Lead Functional Configurators on day-to-day activities and statuses

Required
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator within various industries and environments utilizing sales cloud and revenue cloud (Salesforce CPQ)
Experience with lead and Opportunity management
Ability to build and extend Salesforce applications using Flows and other declarative tools
Experience in gathering detailed requirements from business users
Design and development for whole business processes and/or functions on approved projects
Program configuration/modification and set-up activities using organization specific methodologies
Integration and user acceptance testing (UAT) with the business client
Preparation of System Requirement Documents, functional specifications, and test and user documentation
Experience in updating Project Manager or Lead Functional Configurators on day-to-day activities and statuses
Preferred
5+ years hands-on configuration experience with Salesforce service cloud, sales cloud, enterprise territory management, case management
5+ years hands-on configuration experience across Sales including Accounts, Contacts, Lead and Opportunity Management
5+ years using Standard declarative tools such as Flows, approval processes, Process Builders etc.
Understanding of all aspects of Salesforce sandbox management, refreshes, seeding etc.
Working knowledge of Service and Sales clouds
Exposure and understanding of Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce.com APIs
Working experience in Agile SCRUM/Kanban/SAFe methodology with continuous release process (CI/CD) is a plus
