Responsibilities
Build trust and create meaningful relationships with key stakeholders while onboarding new customers.
Manage the help desk and support tickets.
Become an expert on AlohaABA.
Create and update help center materials.
Test and report bugs to the product team.
Identify product improvements or new products by staying current on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Required
You've worked in a customer facing role and love talking =)
You're meticulously organized and detail oriented
You have experience using CRMs, support and communication tools.
2 years of professional experience.
You don't shy away from a challenge
Strong empathy AND passion for building relationships
MUST have at least 1 year of SAS experience
Must have at least 2 years of Customer Success experience.
Preferred
Experience working in a B2B industry is a PLUS
Having a BCBA/RBT and or ABA industry experience is a HUGE plus
