Develop and execute a multi-channel paid marketing strategy that will introduce SmythOS to the world
Manage substantial advertising budgets across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and TikTok
Create compelling ad content that captures the excitement and potential of AI Orchestration
Design and optimize innovative campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and foster customer engagement
Analyze data and metrics to continually refine and improve the performance of our paid marketing efforts

Required
A proven track record of managing successful paid marketing campaigns with 6 and 7-figure monthly budgets with at least 3 years experience.
Deep expertise in platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and TikTok
Experience creating both new customer acquisition and retargeting campaigns that deliver results
A data-driven mindset and the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign metrics
