Responsibilities
Strong communication skills to articulate product specs and AV technology pros and cons.
Implement at least two audio/video products into mobile and web applications.
Perform and document detailed product evaluations suitable for IT and Business stakeholders.
Utilize AV technologies like Google Meet, Cisco Webex, Pexip.
Understand WebRTC and emerging communication platforms.
Knowledge of general Call Center technologies.
.Net experience for tech stack integration.
Develop Web UI using React and optionally mobile development.
Build test harness for POC development.

Required
Strong communication skills, coupled with the ability to accurately and concisely communicate about product specs and the pros and cons of AV technologies
Experience implementing at least two audio/video products into mobile and web applications
Ability to perform and document detailed product evaluations. Product evaluation reports should be suitable for both IT and Business stakeholders and should help facilitate decision-making on a suitable replacement for current Avaya technology
Experience with one or more of the following AV technologies: Google Meet, Cisco Webex, Pexip
Understanding of WebRTC
Strong understanding of emerging communication platforms and capabilities available in the market
Knowledge of general Call Center technologies
.Net experience to support integration with the existing tech stack
Web UI development/React proficiency
