Responsibilities
Perform in-depth assessment of networked application needs.
Provide network modeling, prototyping, simulation testing, and consulting to clarify needs for delivering application functionality.
Work on network product engineering assignments including design, development, documentation, and testing of network hardware, firmware, or software products or systems.
Develop new products, enhancements, and modifications of existing products.
Mentor and provide technical guidance, explaining advanced concepts to others in the work area.
Coordinate across multiple departments.
Apply experience in technology development.
Lead multiple projects.
Apply knowledge of IT architecture and Network Management Systems.
Apply experience in software design and development.
Utilize various software development methodologies including SAFe, Agile Scrum, and Waterfall.
Utilize technologies such as AngularJS, Angular, ReactJS, NodeJS, GitHub, HTML5, CSS3, Chai, Mocha, Jasmine, Cucumber, Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Redis, Azure, and proficiency with various browser standards and debugging techniques.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Systems
5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in technology development
5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in leading multiple projects
5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in applying knowledge of IT architecture
5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in applying knowledge on Network Management Systems
5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in software design and development
5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in applying knowledge in transport network technology including protocols, equipment, and services
Experience utilizing technologies including AngularJS, Angular, ReactJS, NodeJS, GitHub, Chai, Mocha, Jasmine, Cucumber, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Redis, Azure, and Java
Experience utilizing J2EE and expertise with various browser standards, debugging techniques, and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies including SAFe, Agile Scrum, and Waterfall
