Required
Proven experience as a UX/UI designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design processes and user-centered design principles
Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma
Excellent knowledge of user interface design principles, visual design, and interaction design
Familiarity with front-end development principles and ability to collaborate with developers
Experience with user research methodologies, including usability testing and persona development
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable design improvements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile app design
Preferred
Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
Passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in UX/UI design
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and adapt to project requirements and timelines
