Responsibilities
Serve as welcoming presence in the reception area.
Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate staff members.
Manage incoming faxes
Sort and distribute incoming mail
Prepare postage for outgoing mail
Log incoming checks
Review weekly outgoing checks and electric transfers to staff and vendors
Create thank you letters for donations
Manage the conference room calendar, training schedules and set up rooms accordingly
Coordinate and distribute monthly on-call schedule
Register staff for required training sessions
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
Associate’s degree in business or related field
Proficient in MS Office
A current MA driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to our insurance carrier
Acceptable criminal background history
High School Diploma / GED
Must be at least 20 years of age
Ability to physically assist people out of a structure in the event of an emergency
Communicate effectively using English both verbally and in writing
Sufficient dexterity to operate standard business equipment
Vision for everyday reading
Ability to walk, sit, stand, and climb stairs
Kneel so as to perform CPR
Stand/sit for extended periods of time
