Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analyses of financial processes and systems within the finance or banking domain.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements specific to finance or banking operations.
Develop detailed business plans and proposals to enhance financial systems and processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and risk mitigation within the finance or banking sector.
Work closely with IT teams to design, develop, and implement financial systems and tools.
Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis for proposed projects.
Communicate findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in the finance or banking industry.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Lead and support cross-functional teams in the implementation of financial projects.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in finance and banking.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the finance or banking industry.
Strong understanding of financial processes, products, and regulations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid knowledge of financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting.
Experience with financial systems and software applications.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred
Certification in business analysis or finance (e.g., CBAP, CFA) is a plus.
Knowledge of project management methodologies is preferred.
