Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of key programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
Develop program charters, roadmaps, and success criteria, working closely with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Establish program governance structures and processes, driving accountability and transparency across cross-functional teams.
Implement robust data-driven reporting mechanisms and dashboards to track program performance, status, and KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to identify areas for optimization and efficiency gains.
Create and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and SOPs, using tools like Lucidchart.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and drive timely decision-making.
Facilitate post-program reviews and retrospectives to capture lessons learned and drive process improvements.
Champion Agile methodologies and best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in a technology-driven environment within the software industry.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions to drive program success.
Expertise in data-driven reporting and statusing, with proficiency in tools such as Excel, Tableau, or similar.
Proficiency in process diagramming and documentation using tools such as Lucidchart or Vizio.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement, capable of driving process optimization initiatives.
Results-driven with a track record of delivering programs on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Preferred
Experience working in the automotive industry within different aspects of automotive dealership software systems
