Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive business growth and innovation.

Work closely with senior leadership to define strategic objectives and key initiatives to achieve them.

Lead cross-functional project teams to execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Communicate progress, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, including product roadmap, go-to-market strategy, and resource allocation.

Create requirements for strategic initiatives working with the business and technology teams.

Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of strategic initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Identify and mitigate risks and barriers to success, and develop contingency plans as needed.

Continuously monitor industry trends, customer feedback, and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and adjust plans accordingly.

Required

Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

7-10 years of experience in product management, strategic planning, or a related field.

Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.

Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
