Responsibilities
Inspect implants, instruments, and gauges to ensure dimensional and visual integrity meets specified standards.
Conduct receiving inspections and verify material conformity.
Use standard inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) to measure and verify product dimensions.
Interpret blueprints and GD&T requirements for inspection.
Perform Document Review and Product Verification Inspections (PVI) following GMP guidelines.
Calibrate and qualify inspection equipment; perform Oracle system transactions for inspections.
Segregate non-conforming materials and complete required documentation.

Required
High School diploma or equivalent
3+ years of product inspection experience in cGMP manufacturing
Proficient in blueprint reading and using inspection tools
Basic MS Outlook; intermediate MS Word and Excel skills
Able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Preferred
Prefer vocational/technical school training
Prefer formal GD&T training (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
Familiarity with FDA CFR 820 and EN 13485 Regulations preferred
Experience in hand finishing, laser-marking, or similar processes preferred
Experience in receiving inspection and understanding of packaging processes a plus
