Responsibilities
Work at various stages of development to ensure milestones are delivered on time and to the highest possible quality among onshore and offshore teams.
Create and maintain the project schedule; ensure teams are on track with their deliverables.
Expertly communicate with engineers and business stakeholders on project requirements, deliverables, development velocity, and overall project status.
Identify potential threats, risks, and dependencies throughout the development and implementation process and provide mitigation plans.
Keep the team aware of milestone deliverables and goals through all phases of development.
Manage the development processes and partner with Content, Localization, and QA teams to ensure content enters our AEM instance and publishes at quality.

Required
4-7 years overall experience in the field
Degree not required but highly preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, Interactive Entertainment, or related technology fields
Experience developing front-end features for the web
Experience leading engineering teams
Experience setting the vision for web products
Experience with React and CSS is a plus
Game studio or game experience is highly preferred
Familiarity with gaming is highly preferred
Experience with Waterfall, SCRUM, or other agile methodologies is preferred
Ability to meet deadlines
Provide detailed progress updates
Own and deliver on a project’s vision
Identify and communicate risks
Collaborate on roadmap planning and business strategy
Shipping applications or web applications - 5+ years of experience
Managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects - 5+ years of experience
Project management within an agile organization and managing backlogs - 5+ years of experience
Software development skills (started as a web developer or similar) - 2+ years of experience
Preferred
Experience with React and CSS
Experience with Waterfall, SCRUM, or other agile methodologies
Game studio or game experience
Familiarity with gaming
