Responsibilities

Set up regular cadences with the product team, business stakeholders, and leadership regarding project status and reports.

Mentor the team with Agile knowledge to ensure Scrum and other relevant methodologies are understood and applied.

Execute, facilitate all the ceremonies, and keep everyone on the train.

Help the Product Owner enact effective backlog grooming techniques; facilitate sprint planning, host daily stand-up meetings and sprint retrospectives; and produce sprint burndown and other metrics.

Liaise with business, architecture, and operations when there are dependencies in systems and infrastructure.

Experience with technology operations processes and terminology for methodologies supporting business and technology collaboration, intake documentation, and handoffs is preferred. Experience with project scoping, requirements, and user stories is also preferred.

Experience working with Product Owners (PO), Data Engineers, Testing, QA/Validation, GxP team members, and consultants from the Big 4.

Project Management and agile scrum methodology expertise in delivering Cloud Data Lake (AWS) and services through a full project lifecycle in a multi-cloud environment.

Experience working or understanding GxP validation procedures and timelines in a pharma regulatory organization.

CSM and SAFe Certification are preferred.

Required

8+ years of demonstrated project management and scrum master experience. Preferrable experience working in the life sciences, healthcare, or pharma domain.

Should have capabilities to work as a Project Manager and Scrum Master.

Strong project management experience, with the capabilities to do project planning, communication, vendor management, stakeholder management, risk management, issues, decisions, and changes.
