Responsibilities

Enables the QA team through communicating priorities, trouble-shooting blockers (e.g., tooling fixes), and task-tracking

Coordinates deadlines on all deliverables (e.g., Quality reports)

Helps to scale best practices across programs and languages

Assists in monitoring the team's progress and coordinating schedules

Coordinates vendor and internal stakeholder support efforts to improve data quality

Assists in preparing Quality Improvement progress and planning documentation when necessary

Attends all vendor and internal meetings pertaining to the project as needed
