Responsibilities

Complete PMMT allocations for resources aligned to Claims INIT and SBO projects.

Allocations will be based on scrum team alignment to work effort and sequencing.

Work with resource managers for allocations.

Make allocations for all SBO work efforts.

Work with Service Delivery Leads on outstanding service provider intakes.

Host monthly meetings with Portfolio Mgt.

True up TPAS monthly.

Required

3+ years of financial management experience with strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking

Ability to anticipate financial risks and escalate timely

Ability to work self-directed and independently as well as part of a team

Strong ability to interact, communicate, and influence vertically and horizontally

Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of financial understanding

Ability to navigate in a complex and changing environment

Strong communication/presentation/executive presence skills; Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel, (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio)

Preferred

Tools (PPRT, PMMT, TPAS, Jira, Confluence)

Working knowledge of the Bank Enterprise Financial Management processes
