Responsibilities

Assist in the development of an overall communications plan and framework for Global Technology Services

Work with Global Technology Services leadership to prepare and evolve the strategy decks for technology and play an active role in communicating the same to stakeholders

Assist in the preparation, review, and submission of various regulatory reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis with highest level of accuracy as per the external deadlines

Manage employee communication efforts including, but not limited to, Town Halls, Newsletters, Sharepoint, Viva Engage

Assist in the development of technology-related updates for various purposes

Assist in the creation, collection and distribution of Global Technology Services updates for various channels

Drive and facilitate effective collaboration and communications between GTS and the rest of the organization

Flexible and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities as the work can be ad-hoc

Required

Experience in managing Risk and Regulatory related initiatives

Ability to work primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities

Strong communication and presentation skills

Highly skilled using PowerPoint and PowerBI

Comfort interacting with all levels of the organization

A minimum of 3-6 years relevant experience within the finance industry

Prior project management experience
