Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing goals and brand voice.
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across our social media platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Serve as the face of SmythOS on social media, regularly appearing in video content to explain our products, share industry insights, and engage with our audience.
Collaborate closely with the Content Marketing Specialist to ensure consistency in messaging and to leverage content across all channels.
Monitor, track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics and KPIs, using data to continuously optimize our social media strategy.
Grow and manage our social media community, fostering engagement and building relationships with followers, influencers, and industry thought leaders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms, implementing new strategies to keep SmythOS at the forefront of social media marketing.
Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and performance optimization.
Coordinate with other teams (e.g., product, sales, customer support) to ensure social media efforts support company-wide initiatives and goals.
Develop and maintain a content calendar for social media posts, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across all platforms.
Respond to comments and direct messages promptly, maintaining a positive and professional brand image.

Required

Proven experience (3+ years) in social media marketing, preferably in the tech or AI industry.
Demonstrated success in growing social media followings and engagement rates.
Excellent on-camera presence and comfort with creating video content for social media.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their unique features, and best practices.
Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation software.
Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management.
Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging, shareable content that resonates with our target audience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to strategy development and optimization.
Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
Familiarity with AI concepts and technologies is a strong plus.
