Responsibilities
Oversee the successful implementation of Agile methodologies within the federal agency and different projects, ensuring adherence to best practices and alignment with project goals.
Support the development and continuous improvement of Agile teams by providing coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance their skills and performance.
Monitor project progress and team performance using Agile metrics and tools, identifying and addressing any impediments or risks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality deliverables.
Manage stakeholder relationships by facilitating effective communication and collaboration between the federal agency, the contracting company, and other relevant parties.
Coordinate Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews, to ensure teams remain focused and aligned with project objectives.
Facilitate the adoption of Agile principles and practices across the organization, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability.
Ensure compliance with federal regulations, policies, and standards while adapting Agile practices to meet the unique needs and constraints of the federal agency environment.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees and relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) are highly desirable.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in Agile environments, with at least 3 years in a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role, preferably within federal or government contracting settings.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and scaling Agile practices in diverse project environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor cross-functional teams, as well as to facilitate Agile ceremonies and workshops effectively.
Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels, fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment.
