Knowledge Transfer Champion: Facilitate smooth team transitions by providing guidance, training, and support to empower development teams with infrastructure management skills.
Metrics Maestro: Develop a reliability rating system to assess team and project performance, leveraging data to identify areas for improvement.
Incident Response Hero: Respond swiftly and effectively to critical incidents, conducting thorough post-incident reviews.
Automation Advocate: Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts to boost operational efficiency.
Performance Optimizer: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to enhance system responsiveness.
Tech Trendsetter: Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Required
Experience with SRE principles and a passion for building reliable and scalable systems.
