Responsibilities
Primary contact for the Program, interacting with students, faculty, mentors, donors,
Represents the Program at meetings in place of directors upon invitation.
Maintains website and other comms and marketing materials.
Primary contact for students to ensure that applications are complete, organizes admissions committee meeting and takes minutes. Manages enrollment and registration process for accepted students.
Collaborate with peers to share cross-program information and develop shared opportunities.
Coordinates scheduling. Organizes committee meetings for curriculum, steering, admissions.
Manages expense budget, making payments as appropriate.
Ensures that students and faculty are aware of the policies; institutes solutions.
Many other one off tasks and duties that come with PM roles in higher ed.

Required
1-5 years of professional experience
Experience in higher education program administration
Strong communication skills
Ability to interact with students, faculty, mentors, and donors
Experience in admissions, enrollment, student affairs, and course management
Ability to maintain websites and marketing materials
Organizational skills for managing admissions committee meetings, enrollment, and registration processes
Budget management skills
Knowledge of policies in higher education
