Responsibilities

Schedule departmental meetings; assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas and materials

Attend meetings, take notes, and prepare detailed minutes and summaries

Prepare travel arrangements and event planning for the executive team

Maintain complex business calendars and create PowerPoint presentations

Reception of guests/visitors, document preparation, and clerical tasks

Maintain confidentiality, perform data entry, and manage documents

Take phone calls and other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 5 years of experience as an executive assistant

Experience in executive event planning and travel

Comfortable working a hybrid schedule based on business needs

Positive attitude

Sound judgment

Outstanding interpersonal skills

Proven ability to work well in a demanding environment

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
