Responsibilities

Collaborate with the VP of PaaS Development and Product Manager to develop strategic plans.

Lead a team of engineers through technical design, code reviews, unit testing, and automation testing.

Manage and resolve emergency technical issues promptly.

Oversee recruitment, training, and mentorship of the US engineering team.

Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Stay updated on technological advancements and integrate best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, or related field.

7+ years of Java development experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.

Proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.

Technical expertise in Spring / Spring Boot / Spring Cloud, Mybatis, Hibernate, JPA, and other frameworks.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and front-end technologies (JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, ReactJS, Node.js, NPM).

Experience with code version management tools (Git, SVN) and unit testing frameworks (Junit, Easy Mock, Spockframework).

Strong negotiation and alignment skills across functional teams.

Preferred

Experience in the online travel industry.
