Support and interact with team members to aid understanding of business drivers and performance.

Provide financial feedback to Management and Operations team members for successful business results.

Review and analyze financial data, track profitability, and assist in ensuring effective financial controls.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Mathematics

3 years of relevant experience in Operations or Finance preferred

Demonstrated proficiency with Power BI, corporate ERP systems; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access

Knowledge of Financial Statements and ability to track the impact of business decisions on financial results, highly preferred

Ability to deliver effective and qualitative results while meeting tight deadlines

Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Team-oriented, self-motivated player with solid work ethic

Accountable for specific performance goals and objectives

High energy level with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Demonstrated ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
