Responsibilities
Client Consultation: Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities for applying machine learning solutions.
Data Analysis and Preparation: Analyze and preprocess large datasets to extract meaningful patterns and insights, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Machine Learning Model Development: Design, develop, and evaluate machine learning models (e.g., classification, regression, clustering) using appropriate algorithms and frameworks.
Model Deployment and Integration: Implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deploy models into production environments, ensuring reliability and performance.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation of models, optimize hyperparameters, and iterate to improve model accuracy and robustness.
Feature Engineering: Engineer features, select relevant variables, and perform dimensionality reduction techniques to enhance model performance.
Visualization and Interpretation: Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and model predictions effectively to business stakeholders.
Training and Documentation: Provide training sessions, workshops, and documentation to educate client teams on machine learning concepts, best practices, and use cases.

Required
Strong analytical skills
Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and techniques
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to stakeholders
Experience in data analysis and preprocessing of large datasets
Experience in designing, developing, and evaluating machine learning models (e.g., classification, regression, clustering)
Experience in implementing scalable machine learning pipelines and deploying models into production environments
Experience in conducting testing and validation of models, optimizing hyperparameters, and improving model accuracy and robustness
Experience in feature engineering, variable selection, and dimensionality reduction techniques
Experience in creating visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and model predictions to business stakeholders
Experience in providing training sessions, workshops, and documentation on machine learning concepts and best practices
Preferred
Certifications such as Google Cloud Certified - Professional Data Engineer, AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty
