Responsibilities
Leveraging advanced technical knowledge to plan and manage complex technology projects
Supporting larger, more complex projects or a small technology program composed of several projects
Managing project activities like reporting, planning, issue identification, scope management, estimation, and internal client management
Developing budgets and statements of work for complex technology projects
Defining roles and responsibilities of project teams
Monitoring project financials and updating plans with accurate information
Coordinating business subject matter experts and engineers for project staffing and resource management
Maintaining regular contact with internal clients and reporting on project progress
Formulating operational strategies/tactics at the program level and executing them successfully
Building a wide network across the enterprise and knowing when to engage/activate it
Possessing advanced knowledge of asset management, fintech, DMS domain, agile practices, and scrum framework
Articulating business needs and translating them into effective project management approaches
Demonstrating analytical skills to break down complex problems and identify process improvements
Applying technical expertise to lead planning and managing highly complex technology projects
Overseeing multiple application projects and managing competing priorities
Developing budgets and statements of work for complex technology projects
Coordinating business SMEs and engineers to ensure project alignment and management
Managing communication with business leaders and resolving issues
Maintaining a wide, active network across the enterprise and contributing to the Technology Project Management community of practice

Required
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND -5+ years of total relevant work experience
Experience running large-scale multi-discipline efforts across people, processes, and technology within complex financial services organizations
Applies technical expertise to lead a wide array of activities associated with planning and managing highly complex technology projects. Ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications.
Allocates and coordinates work for larger, more complex projects or a technology program that is composed of several substantive projects.
Manages and oversees project management activities such as project reporting, project planning, issue/risk identification and tracking, scope management, estimation, internal client management, relationship management, and other project documentation preparation and turnover to production for technology projects of high complexity.
Oversees multiple application projects, directs and coordinates all work performed, and manages competing priorities.
Develops the budget and statement of work, including project justification and plan for more complex technology projects. Defines roles and responsibilities of the project team. Responsible for monitoring project financials and updates plans with accurate, up-to-date information in a timely manner. Follows financial standards and processes (e.g., monthly external revenue accruals, procurement, and external payments).
Coordinates business SMEs and engineers to ensure the project is appropriately staffed and resources are properly aligned and managed. Maintains regular contact with internal clients and coordinates and reports on project progress and accomplishments.
Works with all required functions and groups to effectively plan and execute the project.
Formulates operational strategies/tactics at the portfolio level and successfully executes against them
Manages communication with business leaders at a detailed functional level and discusses/resolves issues. Manages client expectations and ensures project delivery.
Maintains a wide, active network across the enterprise, and knows when to engage/activate it
Actively contributes to the Technology Project Management community of practice, sharing advice & knowledge
Preferred
Experience with the following specific Technologies/Products is a plus:
Experience working on digital projects with frameworks such as Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Platform
Knowledge of related Adobe products including Analytics, Target, Adobe Experience Manager, and how the Adobe products work together in the eco-system.
