Responsibilities
Conduct client sales calls with a focus on building and maintaining strong relationships to understand their unique needs and preferences.
Utilize HubSpot to keep track of client interactions, ensuring prompt responses to customer queries.
Act as one of the primary points of contact for clients and the team of chefs.
Collaborate with the Client Success Team and chefs to ensure strong internal communication.
Monitor, track, and analyze client feedback to identify improvement areas.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of new clients and services.
Manage client issues and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
Maintain a strong knowledge of offerings and industry insights.
Handle scheduling duties efficiently to ensure smooth operations.

Required
Intermediate proficiency level in HubSpot CRM.
Minimum 2 years of experience in phone sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to cultivate strong client relationships.
Capability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong time management abilities.
Occasional travel to Boston 3-4 times a year required.
