Responsibilities
Working with the Experience Leader/Manager to define strategy and design for customer experience
Supporting clients in the use of collaboration software for client experience
Offering ideas on approaching client challenges and industry trends
Communicating technical concepts effectively using various design tools
Leading workshops with clients to understand needs and support design strategies
Demonstrating skills in design-thinking methods and approach
Providing professional or high-level educational experience in a design field
Having a background in in-house design/innovation or design/innovation consultancy

Required
Advanced degree in Design Thinking preferred; 5-7 years professional experience
Design experience
Consulting experience
Able to understand and interpret throughout a client experience - conception to finalization - and convert it to a visual/graphic output
Preferred
Professional or high-level educational experience within numerous or a specific design field (visual, interaction, industrial, digital, etc.)
In-house design/innovation experience
Design/innovation from another consultancy experience
