Required
Analytical Skills and Business Analysis
Strong written and verbal Communication skills
Experience in Business Process analysis and improvement
Understanding of Business Requirements gathering
Experience with Agile methodologies
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
Preferred
Experience in the IT industry is a plus
Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) are a plus
