Responsibilities

Manage a 5+ CM/CI staff and supervise staff during construction.

Administer contracts, manage sub-consultants, project costs, change orders, and scheduling.

Implement Project Work Plan, Health & Safety Plan, Quality Control Plan, and other project documents.

Act as the main point of contact during construction and ensure safety management and business development.
