Responsibilities

Review the approval and coordinate with SDM UW regarding any Funding or At Close conditions

Review existing file documentation and request further documentation or corrections as necessary to ensure complete, accurate and matching documentation

Begin and track collaboration with settlement agent within CD Exchange

Submit for insurance review once documentation is complete and accurate

Ensure CD collaboration with settlement agent is complete

Ensure all previous Loan Estimates are properly labeled and filed correctly in the eFolder

Provide preliminary fees to ensure accurate initial closing disclosure

Ensure accuracy of closing and funding date

Understand and Explain CD line by line as needed

Ensure file and fee amount Quality Control

Schedule Closings with all parties

Ensure timely Funding

Monitor the pipeline and track all upcoming closing dates in a proactive way
