Responsibilities

Collaborate with founders, engineers, and legal professionals to design intuitive and impactful user interfaces.

Lead the design of platform and marketing assets, ensuring cohesive branding and user experience.

Ensure seamless handover of design assets and a clear understanding of user experience to the engineering team.

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

Evaluate platform usage with qualitative and quantitative metrics to drive improvements.

Tackle a variety of ad-hoc design tasks as they arise.

Required

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role with a portfolio showcasing your B2B SaaS design work.

At least three years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

Availability to work at least 10-20 hours per week.

Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and an understanding of web development technologies.

Experience in user research and design thinking methodologies.

Collaborative experience working with other designers and engineers.

Preferred

Background in designing content management tools or related platforms.

Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
