Responsibilities
Drive the adoption and use of Salesforce at all levels throughout the business.
Address user questions, gather feedback and work with the Salesforce Vendor to implement enhancements based on personal expertise, user feedback and organizational goals.
Act in a consultative capacity, recommending improvements to increase productivity, streamline processes, and enhance user adoption.
Partner with the outsourced Vendor to manage the Salesforce platform; identifying, suggesting and implementing solutions to help the business succeed.

Required
1-3 years within the Financial Industry
Experience with Salesforce
Ability to drive adoption and use of Salesforce throughout the business
Consultative skills to recommend improvements for productivity and user adoption
Experience in managing Salesforce platform
Preferred
Experience working with Marketing and Social Media teams
Experience in collaborating and adapting Salesforce Platform
