Responsibilities
Manage technical projects by defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Utilize Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe to deliver digital solutions.
Work with clients to define requirements and implement new capabilities.
Establish project milestones, implement metrics to track progress, and ensure project goals are met.
Staff and allocate resources on teams, provide project management and technical direction to project personnel.
Assist with budget planning, meet budgetary guidelines, and collaborate with all levels of leadership.

Required
10+ years of experience managing technical projects
5+ years of experience with software development methodologies
Experience applying Agile Methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe
Experience managing scope, meeting deadlines, assisting with budget planning, and meeting budgetary guidelines
Experience staffing and allocating resources on teams
Experience working with all levels of leadership
Experience with direct management in supporting services and information management operations
Experience providing project management and technical direction to project personnel
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Preferred
Possession of strong written and verbal communication skills
Master's degree
PMP Certification
Scrum Master Certification
