Inventory Operations Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities
Partner closely with departments to develop and sustain compliance programs and policies aligned with regulatory standards.
Conduct periodic assessments to evaluate compliance processes in daily operations.
Conduct routine audits to track compliance levels, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions.
Process, identify, and maintain audit findings, documentation, and trending data.
Organize and deliver training sessions to raise awareness of compliance requirements.
Establish and maintain an efficient filing system for all correspondence, records, reports, and sensitive documents.

Required
Proven experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in a facilities or distribution center setting.
Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, FDA, DOT, LEED, and other applicable regulations.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office, SAP (database management) and reporting tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
