Administrative Project Coordinator

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to department leads and team members, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
Maintain and update project files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
Coordinate project activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and managing project timelines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Contribute to database management.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Required
Proven experience as a project manager, executive administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Knowledge of project management principles and tools.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Experience in working with datasets and/or database management.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 5 years working in a project coordinator, executive administrative assistant, or similar role.
