Responsibilities

Planning: Plan ahead for sprints, design with product owners, engineering, and UX team for future work.

User Research: Incorporate client feedback, understand problems through research, and spot UX trends.

Facilitate Discussion: Communicate with engineers, client users, and peers to drive success.

Agile: Utilize lean UX and design sprint methodology, adapt to an agile environment.

Challenges: Work on next-gen products with new tech stacks, find solutions to arising challenges.

Required

Bachelor's degree OR equivalent

5-8 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role, plus experience in Sketch and inVision

Experience with Javascript, HTML5, CSS3, and creating reusable user interface components

Integrity, resilience, and creativity

Passion for collaboration and thought experimentation in the design process

Experience in user research and incorporating feedback into design iterations

Experience with lean UX and design sprint methodology

Ability to adapt and influence a Lean/Agile approach to design

Ability to work on next-generation products with innovative tech stacks

Keen curiosity and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills

Desire and aptitude for spotting User Experience trends and turning them into enterprise recommendations

Preferred

Experience with Sketch and inVision
