Responsibilities
Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company’s goals and market needs.
Conduct extensive user and customer research to gather insights and understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of our target audience.
Take products from ideation to execution, overseeing the entire product lifecycle from 1-10.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality and impactful products.
Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication and understanding among team members.
Manage and optimize CRM systems to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Monitor product performance metrics and KPIs, using data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to keep our products ahead of the curve.
Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that our products meet and exceed user expectations.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the product management team.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of success.
Extensive experience in conducting user and customer research, translating insights into actionable product features.
Demonstrated ability to take products from concept to launch and scale them from 1-10.
Strong experience working with CRM systems and leveraging them to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
Experience working in start-up environments, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic setting.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to execute tactically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Passion for green technology and a commitment to sustainability.
Preferred
Advanced degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
