Responsibilities
Perform predictive and statistical analyses and modeling on various large, often disparate, datasets including structured, unstructured, and streaming
Develop models, algorithms, and metrics to facilitate interpretation of data
Apply industry standard data mining techniques and procedures for data residing in ServiceNow Applications
Work with various positions within an organization to present and operationalize data to achieve accessible insights
Perform data cleanup

Required
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Mathematics, or Business
5+ years of relevant experience
Experienced in building data mining techniques on ServiceNow Application data or other SaaS Applications
Has working knowledge of multiple programming languages and statistical packages
Knowledge of dataset tools and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) tools
The successful candidate must be able to work remotely and be able to travel occasionally as needed
Security + Certification required
Must have a current/ active Secret Clearance
Must be a US Citizen
