Responsibilities

Content Development: Collaborate with external partners to develop content ideas aligned with the global campaign calendar.

Approval Management: Ensure all content undergoes internal approval prior to publishing.

Partner Management: Support the management and nurturing of relationships with all external partners.

Performance Tracking: Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, applying insights to improve future efforts.

Consumer Insights: Leverage data and consumer insights to identify emerging cultural moments and opportunities for relevant engagement.

Brand Champion: Ensure all materials align with Lingo and Abbott brand standards, promoting positive and cooperative communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Travel: Be available to travel up to 25% of the time.

Required

Bachelor’s degree (BA) in a relevant field.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in influencer coordination or a similar role.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric marketing approach.

Experience with social media analytics tools and a deep understanding of social media platforms.

Proven track record of delivering measurable, successful, and culturally relevant campaigns.

Strong relationship-building abilities and a solid understanding of standard processes and trends in digital and influencer marketing.

Excellent project management skills, capable of managing work demands effectively and thriving in a fast-paced business environment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the organization.
