Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive revenue analysis in compliance with healthcare regulatory standards.
Perform EPIC mapping for General Ledger transactions to facilitate financial reporting and data analytics.
Utilize advanced Excel capabilities, including Power Query and Power Pivot, to automate data processing and analysis.
Provide detailed revenue analytics, including trend analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Act as the primary liaison with auditors, manage audit processes, and prepare PBC requests.
Oversee Accounts Receivable valuation processes, ensuring thorough understanding and accuracy in balance sheet validation.
Leverage data mining techniques to extract and analyze financial data.
Perform data analysis and provide actionable insights to the team.
Execute accounting functions and manage budget processes as required.
Handle expense reporting and maintain accurate financial records.

Required
Proven experience as a Sr. Financial Analyst, preferably 5 years or more
Proficiency in Data Mining Techniques and Data Analysis
Extensive knowledge of Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, and Expense Reporting
Strong ability to Perform Data Analysis and Data Analytics
Proficiency in Excel Formulas, Power Pivot, and Power Query
Experience in Audit PBC lists and understanding of Prepared By Client (PBC) procedures
Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Flux Analysis
Ability to Analyze Revenues effectively
CPA certification is required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Detail-oriented and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Knowledge of financial regulations and legislation
