Responsibilities
Serve as the primary interface with PMA clients and lead the client and project team through successful strategic real estate planning, design, and construction processes.
Manage project teams through all phases of development and construction, including master planning, budgeting, design development, and construction/transition planning.
Demonstrate expertise in project controls, project management, construction documentation, and sequencing.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and other development, design, and construction professionals.
Ensure projects meet/exceed client expectations and deadlines.

Required
8+ years of development and project management experience, with at least five years of focus directly on healthcare sector projects.
Experience as an Owner’s Representative or Project Manager representing the fiduciary interests of the real estate developer or investor.
Skilled at managing project teams successfully through all phases of the development and construction process.
Involved with and led master planning, budgeting, pre-construction, schematic design, design development, and construction documents phases, and construction/transition planning to build/project activation.
Knowledgeable with regard to project pro formas, including development budgets, operations (revenues, expenses, cash flows) and resulting financial metrics (return on cost, IRR, etc.).
Demonstrate skills in managing successful projects and consistently meeting/exceeding client expectations and deadlines.
Thorough understanding of project controls, project management, construction documentation and sequencing.
Possess a working knowledge of alternate materials/methods, construction costs, value-engineering techniques and building/occupancy laws and lease requirements.
Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Discretion in handling confidential information.
Adept at developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and other development, design, and construction-related and business professionals.
