Responsibilities

Partner with business partners, including Marketing Professionals, to review operational procedures, identify inefficiencies, and design, develop, and configure customizable and scalable processes and solutions in Salesforce.

Demonstrate proficiency in designing, documenting, building, coding standards, testing, and deploying Salesforce.com.

Design and develop customized solutions within Salesforce and supporting platforms.

Support configuration and maintenance of user security permissions and hierarchies to comply with organizational requirements.

Handle complex data migration and hygiene projects and provide best practices and tips on Salesforce to end users.

Create system operation dashboards, reports, and statistics that support data-driven decision making and process improvement across the organization.

Review upcoming Salesforce.com release features and provide recommendations when necessary.

Minimum of 5+ years of technical expertise on Salesforce LWC, Salesforce.com, using Force.com Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ant and the use of these tools with Salesforce.com

Demonstrated experience in designing, developing integrations between Salesforce and other systems using SOAP/REST API's

Demonstrated experience working with source control using Git, Autorabit etc

Strong experience and understanding of Salesforce security architecture

Strong experience with configuration, customization, programming with Apex API’s, Apex Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards

Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures and limitations are required

Plans, designs, develops, and maintains multiple complex salesforce implementation

Responsible for relationship and quality of offshore programming efforts

Collaborate across multiple scrum teams; Follow development, testing and deployment practices that are leading edge on the Salesforce platform

Analyzes problems, conducts root cause analysis, helps in resolution of problems using defined problem management procedure, and helps in application support and maintenance of customer applications

Experience with at least full life cycle implementations on Salesforce.com with 500+ user licenses

Ability to work independently on assignments

Strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies, design, and architectural patterns

Work closely with QA to review test plans, test cases, and ensure quality of deliverables from the team

Certifications Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) certification highly preferred and must be validated at time of submittal
