Responsibilities

Sales Operations - Provide needed support to sales and client operations processes to include but not limited to
Be knowledgeable regarding the sales process, outstanding opportunities, upcoming projects, and other system information to answer questions accurately and timely and provide updates to leadership
Partner with and interact with opportunity owners or other stakeholders to ensure system data is accurate and to obtain knowledge needed to complete job duties.
Manage new client onboarding
Actively respond and gather needs of the account team and other stakeholders to assess and identify process and Salesforce system improvements. Work with the Salesforce owner to make needed changes to Salesforce based on identified needs.
Work with other process owners to manage change in processes and minimize upstream and downstream impact
Proactively provide data updates in the system based on understanding of leads, opportunities, and status.
Monitor MSA and contract end dates in the system for follow-up with the client services team.
Participate in working sessions, account team meetings, and projects to provide input to and understand downstream impact of system and process updates or changes
Creating and maintaining documentation used or needed during the scheduling and staffing processes
For targeted proposals and RFPs, create branded initial deck for client partner and team
Participate in and facilitate data gathering for account planning processes, especially related to account financial performance, MSA, and contract status.
Maintain and respond to incoming leads from the dealPMO and ensure assigned ownership and follow-through on lead data; provide lead conversion tracking data (# of leads, % converted to opp, % closed won, average lifecycle)
Engagement Support Provide support needed to ensuring client engagements are executed according to the advisory standard
Serve as the point of contact for software requests and contracts; facilitate approvals accordingly
Using system reports and dashboards to analyze data for accuracy and provide insights to stakeholders around realization, forecasts, time off, and bench costs. Identify areas for financial improvement
Work with engagement leads and team members to drive awareness on engagement procedures and engagement economics. Support team members as needed.
Creating and maintaining documentation used or needed for execution of consulting engagements
Creating and maintaining documentation used or needed by consultants to successfully Complete Job Duties To Include But Not Limited To ▪ Realization calculation and target documentation
Project code and timekeeping documentation
Project code and expense reporting documentation
Reporting and monitoring of consulting realization actuals versus target to leadership
Keeping teams informed of process and system updates
Knowledge Management and Special Projects
Assist with maintenance of KM processes and systems
Maintain and organize the Sales/BD Google drive folder to include all administrative / legal materials, LOEs, and proposals
Support operations, talent acquisition, and marketing special projects as needed.

Required

Two or Four year degree from an accredited institution or similar work experience
Proactive mindset an approach
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, requirement analysis, business process modeling, and problem-solving skills
Experience and interest in the technology industry
Demonstrated skills in user training
Ability to work with others in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple priorities
Growth mindset and ability to connect the dots across various parts of Operations
