Responsibilities
Course Development: Collaborate with the Instructional Design team to design and develop instructional materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, job aids, and interactive simulations.
Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging and interactive learning content that aligns with instructional goals and objectives. This may include writing scripts, storyboards, and designing multimedia assets.
Multimedia Integration: Utilize multimedia tools and technologies to enhance learning experiences, including graphics, animations, audio, and video elements.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure the accuracy, effectiveness, and accessibility of instructional materials, adhering to established standards and guidelines.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to gather content, provide updates on project progress, and incorporate feedback into instructional materials.

Required
Demonstrated experience in developing comprehensive online training modules using PowerPoint and Articulate.
Proven ability to work efficiently, meet tight deadlines, and maintain a high level of quality.
Self-starter with a diligent work ethic.
Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
Strong communication skills for collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders.
