Responsibilities

Firmware development for an embedded system and development using real-time operating systems.

Develop and maintain firmware for GridStream endpoint and network devices.

Design, develop, document, and test I/O communications and device drivers.

Design, develop, and test operating systems-level software and contribute to the development of product design specifications, including functional requirements, use cases, detailed designs, interfaces, and test plans.

Contribute to design verification testing processes and procedures and assist with planning and supporting field installations of alpha and beta phases for systems.

Provide customer field firmware support for new and existing network products.

Contribute to design and code reviews and contribute to product and system-level test efforts.

Design industry standard interfaces and apply knowledge of the product lifecycle, software development methodologies, and programming and assembly languages to develop systems and analyze software requirements.
