Responsibilities

Assisting with providing technical advice on program operations

Assisting with planning, developing, reviewing, monitoring, and evaluating material to achieve program goals and objectives for a large organization

Performing analysis and advisory assignments related to the effectiveness of programs and/or the efficiency of the management of operations

Conducting studies of work processes and procedures

Identifying problems, reviewing production standards, and making recommendations for problem resolution

Assisting in the development of directives and the design, development, documentation, and implementation of various reporting systems

Providing technical advice on program operations

Planning, developing, reviewing, monitoring, and evaluating material to achieve program goals and objectives for a large organization

Developing approaches to identify and resolve significant issues

Experience Equivalent to GS-7Experience Equivalent to GS-9Experience Equivalent to GS-11Experience Equivalent to GS-12

Required

One year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to a GS-7 in the Federal service for GS-09

Master's or equivalent graduate degree; or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.B. or J.D., if related for GS-09

One year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to a GS-9 in the Federal service for GS-11

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; or LL.M., if related for GS-11

One year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to a GS-11 in the Federal service for GS-12
