Responsibilities

Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business, organizational and/or operational requirements.

Serve as a liaison between the software development team and project stakeholders to ensure project alignment with user needs and business objectives.

Conduct gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement or management control of workflow.

Identify problems, develop recommendations, and coordinate action with the project team and customer.

Create and deliver reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations.

Maintain the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).

Define and document business processes with stakeholders.

Convert requirements into workable Product Backlog Items (PBIs).

Assist in developing training materials and user acceptance testing documents.
