Responsibilities
Collaborates with studio leads to plan, coordinate, design, edit, and produce RFP and RFQ responses within tight deadlines.
Coordinates and designs presentations for client interviews, speaking engagements, and other opportunities.
Updates and maintains resumes and project information sheets.
Assists with the development of digital and printed promotional materials: brochures, flyers, digital presentations, reports, award submissions, and other marketing materials.

Required
2+ years’ experience in a marketing, communications or business development role (experience within the AEC industry preferred).
Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite with experience creating lengthy documents in InDesign.
Invigorated by the constant change and fast pace of a high-growth organization.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must have a “can do” attitude with the ability to think proactively, prioritize multiple deadlines, and execute quickly.
Demonstrates high standards of work with exceptional attention to detail resulting in high quality, error-free deliverables.
Demonstrates strong time management, planning, and organizational skills. The candidate should excel under pressure in a high volume, deadline-driven environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, journalism, communications, or a related field is preferred.
